Please click ‘forgot password’ on the login screen and a password reset link will be emailed to the email address you use for the Paytient Payments platform
How do I cancel a payment plan?
Once the patient has given the required notice, please email our support team email@example.com and we will cancel the schedule for you straight away.
How long does it take for the money to be deposited into our clinic bank account?
We make regular deposits into your bank account, 2/3 days after the direct debit collection. You will receive a payout statement from our partner NUAPAY with every deposit, detailing the breakdown of patients and the amounts paid.
How do I change my clinic bank details?
