I Forgot My Password What Do I Do?
If you have forgotten your password, try using the reset password feature on our software, this will email a link to you, where you can reset your password. If you are having difficulty with this please email email@example.com
How Long Does It Take For The Money To Be Deposited Into My Bank Account?
We deposit funds received through Paytient Payments into your dental practice bank account every 5 days on a rolling basis. If you login to your dashboard you will be able to see all past, present and future payments. In the unlikely event that you cannot find your payment, firstly please check with your patient that they have signed up to the direct debit link, and then contact our helpdesk on firstname.lastname@example.org
How Do I Change My Bank Details?
We would have used the bank details that you provided when you signed up to set up and link your Paytient Payments account, and your practice bank account. If you would like to change your bank details, do not email them to us, please contact hello@paytientpayments and we will email you a secure link to change your details.
